1. Application scope:
WMZ11A type PTC thermistor is used in various fluorescent lamp electronic ballasts and electronic energy-saving lamps. There is no need to change the circuit. The appropriate thermistor can be directly connected across the two ends of the resonant capacitor of the lamp tube to become an electronic ballast. , The hard start of electronic energy-saving lamps is preheating start, which allows the preheating time of the filament to be 0.4 to 2 seconds, which can extend the life of the lamp by more than three times.

WMZ11A type PTC thermistor is made by utilizing the characteristics of PTC material. The product has small size, high withstand voltage, long life and low power consumption during normal operation.
3. Application principle:
WMZ11A type PTC thermistor uses PTC thermistor to realize preheating start-up principle as shown in the figure on the right: when the switch is just turned on, R t is at normal temperature, its resistance value is much lower than the resistance value of C 2, and the current passes through C 1 , R t self-heating temperature exceeds the Curie point temperature T c and jumps into a high resistance state. Its resistance value is much higher than the resistance value of C 2 . The current forms a loop through C 1 and C 2 , causing LC resonance and generating high voltage to light up the lamp. .
