      Answer: The temperature coefficient refers to the linear thermistor's resistance value being high and its change rate being low as the temperature rises and falls. Example: For a 1K 300OPPM thermistor at normal temperature (25 degrees), the resistance changes by 0.3% for every temperature change of 1 degree. When the temperature rises from 25 degrees to 105 degrees, the resistance changes from lK to lK X(l+0.3% X(l05-25))=1.240K. The larger the temperature coefficient, the larger the resistance change rate. In addition to the temperature coefficient determined by the manufacturer during production, the resistance change rate can also be increased by the user during circuit design by increasing the gain of the integrated amplifier and increasing the rate of change (PPM); by using ordinary resistors and thermistors in series or parallel, the resistance can be reduced. The temperature sensing speed is fast, 1-2 seconds in air medium, and the sensitivity is high.       The linear thermistors produced by our company are divided into two series. One is the monocrystalline silicon linear PTC thermistor KTY series, which is characterized by a large temperature coefficient of up to 7000PPM per degree. It can replace NXP's KTY series thermistors. and RTI's DS series.
